Profile Brief


The incumbent will be responsible for Finance function for one or multiple Joint Venture businesses that RBL enters into with foreign partners.  He/She will be responsible for end to end finance discipline, including financial controls, financial reporting, budgeting, regulatory & tax compliances, cash flow management, procurement planning, etc. He/She will be duly supported by a direct as well as indirect team of shared services functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup Finance function, internal controls & processes, tight cost control.
  • Development of periodic financials forecasts, strategic planning, & budgeting.
  • Monitoring of operating and financial performance on a monthly basis. Ensuring operational adherence to Cost and Budgetary Controls.
  • Handling Imports & SVB matter
  • Handing a team, motivating and counselling them by giving equal opportunities to each and exploring their potentials resulting into the dual effect of employee and organizational development.


Desired Skills and Abilities

  • Hands on experience in inventory management is a must
  • Excellent communication & Articulation skills
  • Matured and Self Driven
  • In depth Knowledge of all the Accounting and Financial aspects.
  • Working knowledge of SAP 

Required Education and Experience 

  • Skills:  Excellent Business Acumen & communication Skills
  • Strong preference for candidates from non-service sector
  • Knowledge of:  MIS, Treasury, Taxation & Accounting
  • Ability: The incumbent must possess strong leadership skills and positive attitude
  • Education: Chartered Accountant (preference for 1st attempt)
  • Work Experience: 8-12 years of relevant work experience
  • Internal & External Stakeholder management
