Profile Brief

Job Role: Incumbent will be responsible for Offer Management and managing reporting as well as data interpretation to ensure areas of improvement are identified and addressed quickly. Ideate & lead strategic talent acquisition systems and process improvement projects along with tracking progress of Talent Acquisition regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TA Analysis & Data Management:
    • Builds out data analytics capability in partnership with the Talent Acquisition leaders to help define and establish key recruiting success metrics and KPIs that drive efficient hiring performance and improve Job Applicant experience
    • Develop and manage TA reports on daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis for manpower plan, candidate experience, interviewer performance, Recruiter efficiency, consultant efficiency, TATs, Source mix, etc.
    • Maintain & track data for Talent Acquisition for open roles, offers, application databank, New Joinee, etc.
  • Talent Acquisition Projects:
    • Ensure compliance with every step in the Candidate assessment journey
    • Manage talent acquisition projects which improve efficiencies for the recruitment model
    • Evaluate talent acquisition systems and processes to identify opportunities to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience. Propose and implement solutions as well as measure results
  • Online Offer & Organization Management:
    • Create data for new joinee in SAP
    • Follow up with central OM team for any changes
    • Responsible for Offer management and generating offer letters for the candidates
    • Coordinate with candidates & on-boarding team for Online pre-boarding formalities in system
  • Application Tracking System Admin:
    • Download & maintain TA reports from ATS
    • Action on requests/tickets raised by internal team members
    • Partner with ATS vendor for query resolution
    • Facilitate training to new TA members, consultants & hiring managers, communication and education on system operations, upgrades and enhancements
  • Vendor & Stakeholder management:
    • Partnering & coordinating with internal stakeholders
    • Manage & track vendor payments
    • Work in close proximity with Corporate Talent Acquisition team & on-boarding team during candidates journey

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong in HR Analytics & metrics
  • Strong in SAP, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of large data management on Python or SQL is preferred
  • Good Analytical Skills & presentation skills

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines

Education & Experience Required:

  • Min 2 years of experience in HR MIS or HR Analytics role
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams & stakeholders
  • Any graduation degree
