Profile Brief

Role: The position has responsibility for implementation of the marketing plans for the Brand. Based on key consumer insights collaborate with creative, direct marketing agencies and the product team to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with MBOs, distributors (including Reliance retail teams) to ensure we have enough and more brand presence.
  • Launch schemes in coordination with distribution/sales team
  • Campaign launch, look book, digital assets
  • Coordination with central legal/statutory team for approval on artwork/designing for product labelling and iterations thereof
  • Aligning with various 3rd party ecomm platforms to ensure we get enough and more presence; launch Insta handle for same
  • Understand content requirement for social and digital marketing and ecommerce
  • Manage social media marketing
  • Create content and execute via agency
  • Work with Cross functional teams and liaison across internal + external functional teams to contribute to a successful campaign
  • Implementing strategy defined by Brand Marketing Heads in alliance with Business teams + global brand teams via prioritizing activities on the marketing roadmap.
  • Monitor website with Ecommerce teams on hygiene, performance marketing and digital media
  • Guiding & working alongside with in-house graphic design team on content creation & marketing collaterals   
  • Influencer marketing including identifying the right influencers, sending decks for brand approvals, executing campaigns
  • Event planning and execution with malls and in store
  • Finding & Collaborating the 3rd party vendors to add value to brand
  • Working with the Brand Marketing Head with an objective to increase in walk ins across all retail doors through local tie ups & partner deals, local influencer associations, events and digital marketing 
  • Working with business, merchandising, retail and marketing team to prepare and execute a quarterly marketing calendar per store 
  • Scouting for new brand collaborations and partnerships at local and national levels for new client acquisition and business growth
  • Arrange dissemination of all marketing initiatives across stores

·      Brand Relations and PR

   o   Maintaining relation with bloggers influencers to ensure you maximise collaborations for brands events and promotions

   o   Finding & Collaborating the 3rd party vendors to add value to brand

   o   Maintaining healthy working relationships with global team on weekly basis

Marketing & Events Project Management

   o    Implement key marketing initiatives, events and in close liaison with the digital & content, business, VM and retail teams.

   o    Execute launch and promotion strategy for collections, products & marketing events using a suitable marketing mix of offline and online marketing tools.

   o    Self-starter, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

   o    Passionate & motivated,  including a high tolerance for ambiguity, a penchant for experimentation, and a bias toward action

Education & Experience Required:

  • A Bachelors or post-graduate degree from reputed B School or fashion school in marketing or related field
  • Min. 3 years of experience in retail marketing & decent knowledge of paid and organic tactics on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc
  • Preferred Industries - Organised retailers, Ecommerce Companies, Ag Agencies
