Role: Retail Ops Executive will be will be responsible for the financial success and smooth operation of the business\ stores.

  • Carry bags
  • Payment gateway
  • Consolidation of list of things
  • Bill payments
  • Managing petty cash
  • Highlight the issues and challenges
  • Organise Pop-up stores
  • Liaise with Marketing & Sales for promotional requirements & create promotional offers
  • Prepare MOM
  • Productivity administrator

 

Business Planning & Operations

  • Partner and support local teams on driving top line growth, boost store productivity and enhance client satisfaction level
  • Liaise with Marketing & Sales for promotional requirements & create promotional offers

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrate strong business understanding with flair for fashion retailing.
  • Self-starter, exceptional communicator and good at interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, including a high tolerance for ambiguity, a penchant for experimentation, and a bias toward action
  • You're a problem solver by nature; you're comfortable finding implementable solutions and moving quickly in a fast-paced process

Education & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in premium fashion retailing with ability to drive overall business results – store roll out, merchandising, marketing plan, people management and development.
  • Preferred Industries – Organized Fashion Retailers, Ecommerce companies, Ad Agencies
