Responsible for driving various HR parameters such as talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement in their respective areas. - Responsible for manpower budgeting exercise - Ensure required Head count is as per budgeted numbers in the area and validating manpower requisition in consultation with business
- Taking various initiatives and driving interventions to ensure smooth assimilation of new joiner
with system and process
- To handle performance management process of all employees in the designated area from
setting up goals, to assessing their performance and identifying development gaps
- Monitoring productivity of manpower in his/ her area and drive interventions to improve them
- Should have sound understanding of succession planning and help business in identifying of
high performers
- Ensuring IDPs for all employees are made and closed as per the timeline
- Conducting exit interviews and reviewing attrition for taking corrective actions on regular basis
- Act as advisor to its business in helping them manage people related matters from time to time
