Profile Brief

 

 Job Role:

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company's Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and executing all promotional campaigns for www.hamleys.in (Ecommerce)
  • Liaison with the ecommerce agency for the monthly promotion calendar for ecommerce business in accordance with the defined ROAS target and marketing spends.
  • Coordination with the creative team/agency for all ecommerce related creatives.
  • To work closely with the marketing & product team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve defined goals.
  • Manage and oversee social media content in coordination with the media agency.
  • To stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies and ensure implementation of relevant practices.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
  • Develop & share weekly/ monthly reports basis defined KPI’s of Reach + Engagement & other parameters to both the marketing team and the management.


Education & Experience Required:

  • MBA , Specializing in Marketing
  • 6-7 years of experience
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
