Profile Brief

Job Role:

Driving Paid enrollments for Hamleys Loyalty program with the defined efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning the member communication calendar with a clear target to improve contribution from loyalty members.
  • Defining the communication plan and media channels to keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase visit frequency and sales.
  • Expanding the Member base by upselling and cross selling. Also to manage incentive programs and rewards for both internal and external customers.
  • Coordination with the Reliance retail analytics team for daily/monthly/weekly reports.
  • RFM segmentation and understanding for improved customer reach and communication.
  • To device strategy that will offer both tangible and non-tangible benefits to enrolled customers.
  • Tie-ups and associations with third parties with an aim to either provide customer value add or build database.


Education & Experience Required:

  • Extremely proficient in data analytics / Microsoft excel
  • 6-7 years of experience
  • MBA , Specializing in Marketing
  • Adept at critical thinking & data visualization
