Profile Brief

Job Purpose Summary

Overall responsibility for Business Systems design, development, implementation, and support within the enterprise environment.  This includes the operation, monitoring, support, recovery, security and compliance of all designated applications and services provided to the business.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities


  • Work closely with RBL Senior Leadership and Heads of Reliance to develop cost effective business solutions within the agreed Business and Technology strategy
  • Develop systems development / implementation standards and methods
  • Provide programme management for assigned strategic business systems initiatives
  • Prior experience of Retail/Hospitality and Dynamics 365/SAP knowledge is must.
  • Knowledge of Network, Security, Infra and Cloud, store roll out is must.
  • Ensure a working environment that enhances performance, is constantly maintained.
  • Provide customer assistance and support facilitates relating to all information technology assets.
  • Ensure proper support services process and escalation to support business users.
  • Ensure business continuance strategy and plans are reviewed and certified Quarterly
  • Provide proactive capacity plans and upgrades to enterprise technology platforms used in the organization.
  • Provide the highest level of system availability and services through mutually agreed upon service level agreements.
  • Ensure a working environment that enhances performance is constantly maintained.

Specific Job Skills:

  • At least 10 years relevant experience in an IT department environment and in Senior leadership in current Organization.
  • A proven track record developing and managing several high-performance technical and Functional teams.
  • Open leadership style that encourages feedback and allows the team to discuss ideas and make decisions.
