Profile Brief

Role: To ensure that the brand aesthetics are in sync with the international feel and look of the stores.

Key Responsibilities:

BRAND / PARTNER:

  • Ensure that the brand aesthetics are not compromised.
  • Ensure that windows are in sync with Brand Windows and merchandise drops.
  • Upgrade and value add to existing stores.
  • Brand relationship building / management.
  • New store launch – planning and execution

BUDGET:

  • Budget definition for the year by the month for each store.
  • Budget Control. Verify and confirm rates for all non - regular props.
  • Vendor management and vendor base updating.
  • New store launch – budgeting.

Administrative

  • Ensure weekly VM reports are being sent and feedback being given on time.
  • Update and maintain VM guidelines and ensure adherence leading 100% customer readiness.
  • Ensure PO process is being followed and expense tracker is being maintained.

People Development

  • Training Store wise VM champs. VM induction to the NEW joins at store level.
  • Conduct a quarterly VM refresher training.
  • Working closely with individual store managers / directors to understand sales patterns and provide store specific solutions to maximise productivity.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Good Aesthetic sense
  • Good economic sense with budgetary controls.
  • Good energy levels - with ability to be involved in multiple tasks and ability to juggle.
  • Good vendor management skills.
  • Ability to see the larger picture – ability to zoom in & zoom out.


Education & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of handling VM in multiple store. Preferably in premium\luxury segment.
  • Any UG/PG course in Communication management
