Profile Brief

 Key role & Responsibilities  

  • 2 - 4 years of relevant store operations experience 
  • Monitoring AJIO LUXE Order Ageing and assisting respective nodes to avoid order processing delays
  • Assisting Nodes on ecommerce order processing related queries & FAQs
  • Monitoring STNs and GRNs of materials from Warehouse to nodes
  • Co-ordinating with material production vendors and ensure timely delivery against Purchase orders
  • Monitoring and providing resolutions to customer complaints raised by Customer Care team
  • Managing processes of Cash on Delivery, and try and buy services
  • Expedite deliveries of irate customers or customers with special request
  • Co-ordinating with Ajio central team for IT & Tech related issues with reference to Order management
  • Partnering with external brands and helping them process customer orders & resolve complaints
  • Moderate understanding of SAP processes for Retail.
