Job Role:

1.Minimum 5 + years as a store manager in Retail , QSR , Hospitality
2.Managed minimum headcount of 25 employees
3.Open to travel
4. Go-getter with good leadership skills

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

To create Weekly Off staff roster to ensure that all counters are manned at all given times

To help in Recruitment & Hiring of suitable staff as per manpower requirement

To keep a  track of Competition data , retail partner performances & consumer trends on visits

Ability to tie up with Mall Management & Vendor Management
Responsible for store upkeep & maintainence of store

 

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Responsible for Targets VS  achievement for team on monthly basis including YOY growth
    To ensure the delivery of operational KPIs and sales & profitability plan across stores.
    Drive sales and profitability across the chain by developing a store specific music sheet and executing the same through the store team.
    40% of my time is spent preparing improvement plans for individual stores being at the store.
    • 20% of my time is spent analysing data which has an impact on store performance.
    • 20% of my time is spent in coaching Staff on performance improvement.
    • 20% of my time working with other functions in the tail office to deliver value to the stores.
    • Ensure that the stores meet/exceed their monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly targets.
    • The stores consistently achieve excellent mystery consumer audit scores.
    • Create a pipeline of talent waiting to fill up managerial/associate roles in stores under me.
    •Train SM & DSM at the stores to be great representatives of the brand.

 

Education & Experience Required:

  • Minimum graduate in any discipline
