Profile Brief

Role: Incumbent will lead the execution of the brand strategy for the assigned area, by setting direction, coaching and developing the store teams, building succession plans and participating in regional/national retail decisions.

You will drive profitable top line sales growth and operational excellence in our stores to ensure an exceptional service, foster long-term client relationships and finally represent the spirit of the Brand


Key Responsibilities:

Business Planning & Strategy

  • Provide cost & sales analysis on all retail stock offering
  • Assess actual staffing and store expenses in the light of the optimal organizational structure; propose to Retail Director potential swap in resources allocation and/or challenge Store Managers' assumptions/requests
  • Partner and support local teams on driving top line growth, boost store productivity and enhance client satisfaction level
  • SIS Partners management & coordination on regular operations


Retail Sales & Operations

Envision, Plan & Aggressive Business Plan

  • Create business Plan
  • Ability to execute
  • Monitor the achievement of (area) sales targets and maximize the related operating results; support Store Managers in achieving their own sales and profitability targets
  • Challenge the team to consistently review and improve operational standards and processes, generating solutions that drive productivity
  • Assess the business potential of each store while identifying in advance underperforming locations which could harm profit targets. Develop an effective network to support the identified plans

Customer Service

  • Ensure a true luxury customer experience, constantly nurturing a customer centric culture boosting hospitality, “story telling” capabilities and the execution of Selling Flow; propose new opportunities and solutions based on customers' feedback leveraging also on NPS analysis
  • Guarantee the adoption of practices and processes aimed to collect data customers; analyse CRM/Marketing KPI's and other customer KPI's and ensure the design of an appropriate action plan to increase the value of customer base

Team Management

  • Assess specific training needs based on product KPI's and business results
  • Coach and empower Store Managers to develop their skills and competencies to support their managerial growth
  • Define training and development priorities and supervise the appropriate training plan is implemented
  • Lead and supervise Training to promote operational skillset training, and drive the product training to retail staff to ensure high quality retail service
  • Maintain accurate client data-base information

  • Demonstrate strong business understanding with flair for fashion retailing.
  • Self-starter, exceptional communicator and good at interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, including a high tolerance for ambiguity, a penchant for experimentation, and a bias toward action
  • You're a problem solver by nature; you're comfortable finding implementable solutions and moving quickly in a fast-paced process

Education & Experience Required:

  • A Bachelors or post-graduate degree from a premier B School in Retail or Business related field
  • Min. 5 years of experience in SIS channel mgmt with minimum 2 years of experience in managing retail store operations.
  • Preferred Industries – Organized Fashion Retailers, Ecommerce companies, Ad Agencies
