Job Role:
The Business HR will be responsible for 70% into Talent acquisition, On boarding, Employee relations, Talent retention and Engagement, etc
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Fill Ratio – Actual Vs Budgeted headcount adherence of fill rate at stores
- Compliance to Budget – Actual Vs Budgeted adherence of manpower costs
- No of positions hired and retained in the past one year
Employee Life Cycle
- Employee On Boarding through HOT – As per Existing KRAs
- Employee Engagement at Stores – Performance against objectives as detailed earlier
- Exit Management Process – As per existing KRAs Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Keen listener
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Decision making and good judgment skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational skills
Education & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wither of luxury retail, hospitality, consulting, luxury salon, tele-com
