Job Role:

The Business HR will be responsible for 70% into Talent acquisition, On boarding, Employee relations, Talent retention and Engagement, etc

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Fill Ratio – Actual Vs Budgeted headcount adherence of fill rate at stores
  • Compliance to Budget – Actual Vs Budgeted adherence of manpower costs
  • No of positions hired and retained in the past one year

Employee Life Cycle

  • Employee On Boarding through HOT – As per Existing KRAs
  • Employee Engagement at Stores – Performance against objectives as detailed earlier
  • Exit Management Process – As per existing KRAs Desired Skills and Abilities:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen listener
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Decision making and good judgment skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational skills

Education & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wither of luxury retail, hospitality, consulting, luxury salon, tele-com
