Profile Brief

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimum usage of sourcing channels with an emphasis on cost effective methods
  • Ability to assess the people through interview process, conduct HR rounds as mandatory for all roles
  • Keep up with TATs on each role
  • TA Analytics, Weekly & monthly trackers of progress
  • Vendor Management
  • Partnering & coordinating with internal stakeholders
