RBL began operations with a mandate to launch and build international and domestic brands in the premium-to-luxury segment across apparel, footwear and lifestyle businesses. Profile Brief

Role: The Marketing Executive Will be in charge of managing and executing  all content required for the brand across social, ecommerce and Retail Platform to achieve  it’s business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Automation

  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, sms content, and social channels. CRM.

Analytics

  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

Content Management

  • Take full responsibility of all fashion shoots under the creative direction of designer. Liaise with talent from start to execution and launch of campaigns
  • Manage the content and hygiene of ecommerce website. Collating all aspects from Shoots, styling, auditing imagery and content updated is to the guidelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.

Digital Marketing

  • Be a liaison with ecommerce platforms to strategize and ideate marketing to meet targets. Provide content to all such channels.
  • Strategize with digital team and provide all content to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers. Grow and engage our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests
  • Strategize and post to manage the social media handle for the brand under the guidance of superior

Media and PR

  • Be the relationship manager with all fashion publications and media
  • Roll out timely PR material
  • Liaison with stylists regularly for sourcing for fashion shoots and celebrity dressing

Retail Marketing

  • Spearheading the retail marketing profile with an objective of increase in walk ins across all retail doors through local tie ups & partner deals, local influencer associations, events and digital marketing 
  • Working with business, merchandising, retail and marketing team to prepare and execute a quarterly marketing calendar per store 
  • Lead front end retail initiatives with an objective of driving walk ins – styling sessions, pop ups, previews etc.
  • Create training product content for the retail teams.
  •  Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
  • Be a critical liaison between front end retail and back end business and marketing teams for store level product, customer and competition insights
  • Be a liaison with malls on branding and marketing opportunities

Brand Collaborations

  • Marketing & relationship manager for the Brand
  • Working on an annual marketing calendar in collaboration with the brands to use them strategically to drive walk ins and acquire new clients
  • Preparing a quarterly/half yearly report of analysing tie ups on these parameters and suggesting way forward
  • Scouting for new brand collaborations and partnerships at local and national levels for new client acquisition and business growth

Events Project Management

  • Spearhead key marketing initiatives, events and in close liaison with the digital & content, business, VM and retail teams. Create launch and promotion strategy for collections, products & marketing events using a suitable marketing mix of offline and online marketing tools.
  • Event Management
    • Manage the marketing event calendar on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, segregated by retail stores & business verticals
    • Execute events for targeted customer mix to meet business objectives
    • Liason with the digital & content team on all offline events to develop targeted digital marketing strategies
    • Drive targeted customer footfalls and new customer acquisition for all marketing projects
