Profile Brief

Role: The graphic designer’s role shall be to design and adapt functional and on-brand creatives based on requirements for all online and offline communication. This role presents an opportunity for discovery and growth within the standards and frameworks of global retail practices for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking a design brief to understand requirements and brand guidelines
  • Responsible for all the graphic designs (ecommerce banners, emailers, social media handles, in-store collaterals & product packaging, brochures, business cards, letterheads, flyers, folder, posters, magazines, Corporate Portfolio, boxes, bags, company presentations layouts, etc.)
  • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
  • Creating & Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating feedback into your final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Train and mentor junior designers and assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adept them according to the objectives of the project
  • Create visual aspects guidebook for marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics
  • Staying up to date with global brands visual language, latest techniques and procedures used in designs
  • Imparts skills and best practices across the designer team and studio.
  • Suggest new ways of improving the quality of designs and other project issues
  • Ensure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Good knowledge of tools such as the Adobe creative suite, Coraldraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent multiple project handling abilities
  • Self-starter, exceptional communicator and good at interpersonal skills

Education & Experience Required:

  • Degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field or equivalent
  • Min 8 years of prior experience as a Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects
