Profile Brief

Role: To develop the brand in an online space, provide support to manage the P&L and increase the market cap of Brand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations and supply chain management
    • Ensuring smooth and timely launch of the season.
    • Monitoring all the merchandise movement from stores and warehouse.
    • Article Creation & Listing
    • Data Cleaning & hygiene
    • Coordinate with SCM, Stores, shipment/courier agencies to track shipments
    • Allocating  stocks, to each outlet as the first fill and monitoring  the sales and future replenishments
    • Ensuring stock availability at optimum levels & maintaining budgets stock turns
    • Timely creation and execution of RSO/SO/RTV/SLOC movement

 

  • MIS and Reporting
    • Monthly/weekly analysis on operational KPIs to support business for timely action.
    • Periodic review of discounts on the channels and basis recommend discount strategy.
    • Preparing business reports for weekly/monthly business reviews. 
    • Timely and smooth completion of Internal, Statutory and Audits.

Education & Experience Required:

  • UG in commerce/ Retail Management from a reputed university.
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role
