Profile Brief

Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager-HR (Corporate-Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manpower budget planning & AOP creation: accountability of People Planning, HR Budgets & manage that throughout the year
  • Source mix, Channel & Cost optimization: effectively use sourcing channels with an emphasis on cost effective methods - IJP, RBL Careers page, Job Portals, Campus Hiring, Consultants, etc.
  • Talent Assessment: conduct Competency based interviews for all applications at HR level of evaluation & share quality feedbacks with hiring managers to close roles within TATs
  • Stakeholder Management: partnering & coordinating with internal stakeholders
  • Vendor Management: partner with consultants & other HR vendors for requirement basis, evaluate efficiency of vendors and vendor payments
  • TA Analytics, Weekly & monthly trackers of progress, recruiter scorecard
