JOB PURPOSE :

  • Act and behave as the CEO of the store drive profitability of the store

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Act and behave as the CEO of the store drive profitability of the store
  • Demonstrate and instill the behavior of Sheer Customer Delight go beyond
  • Create feeling of being a Team Expects and encourage full participation from team mates in creating store goals and developing plans
  • Ensure merchandising and ambience is in accordance with the Brand standards and guidelines
  • Maintain, encourage and possess Ownership Mentality.
  • Lead the team-Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Share feedback and insights on customer with the Retail Ops Manager, Buying team and training team
  • Team briefing and discussions related to store performance
  • Attending customer and creating moments of Customer Delight and drive the same in my team
  • Reviewing store performance and creating benchmarks
  • Stocks, inventory management and cash handling
  • Meeting weekly, fortnightly, quarterly targets
  • Achieve my audit scores consistently
  • Good merchandising skills and flair for conceiving and implementing creative merchandising themes

EXPERIENCE :

  • Successful candidates should be able to cite significant achievements, ability to handle all aspects of retail operational and merchandising management issues, from the delivery of stock to the store to the final sale of the product to the customer in the luxury/premium segment with minimum 5 years of overall experience with minimum 3 years of team handling experience.
